The Internet And Network Marketing

Saturday, May 23rd, 2009

So… another day, another update.

Have a look at “InterNetwork Marketing” to find out more about my take on Network Marketing on the Internet.

It basically comes down to the following: everybody else is getting onto the Internet and you might get left behind if you don’t… That doesn’t mean you have to put your offline activites on ice, but it does mean that you need to develop new skills to stay in the game.

The page covers my ideas on duplication and covers some of the main advantages of combining the Internet and Network Marketing.

For those of you who are actually following the Site Journal, enjoy your weekend… See you at the next update!

Press Release Marketing

Wednesday, May 20th, 2009

So… Finally, I have yet another page up. I am trying to finish the lead generation section, before I move on to the others. I still have quite a lot to do…

The new page is about “Press Release Marketing.”

Until next time…

Advertising Locally

Tuesday, May 12th, 2009

Before venturing on the Internet, I racked up quite a bit of experience advertising locally for my Network Marketing business.

I used a combination of lead capture pages and local marketing methods.

The new page can be found by clicking: Advertising Locally.

I am slightly behind schedule, so the next update will hopefully happen quite a bit sooner…

Until then :)

Small update…

Just a small update to Attraction Marketing – I’ve added some slight details that I thought were lacking.

Until next time…

Referral Lead Generation

Monday, April 27th, 2009

And… With an interesting national election behind us, I have added another page related to “Lead Generation,” called “Referral Lead Generation.”

It basically covers the basics of “networking” and the advantages of setting up a system to achieve referral lead generation.

Again, I will be updating it with information as time goes by… However, my first goal is to get at least thirty pages of basic content up onto the site. will flesh it out even more afterwards, if needed…

Anyway, hope you find it useful.

I have also added a box to each page that allow a person to subscribe to my newsletter… Feel free to do so :)

Regards,
Justus

Blog Marketing

Thursday, April 23rd, 2009

Interesting… I’m blogging about my page on “Blog Marketing.” In any case… I have finished another page. Feel free to leave comments if you feel it is not comprehensive enough… Obviously I will be updating it as time goes along. The site is technically still under construction… And it will be for quite some time to come. :)

The page is about using a blog to market your Network Marketing business (or any business, for that matter). It gives a very simple overview of the advantages and disadvantages of blogging and blog marketing in general.

I enjoy posting news, but I also like the fact that this blog is not the only factor involved in attracting traffic to this site – that is the main draw-back to blogging: it can turn into a content tread-mill, if you’re not careful.

I like combining both methods – a content-based site with a blog. That way I have “static” content (according to the search engines) that draws a crowd, as well as blog entries that keep on drawing the search engine spiders; as well as helping to add a bit of personality to the bits and bytes on the site…

I hope you find it useful; until the next update…

Attraction Marketing

Monday, April 20th, 2009

So… Yet another page has been added. I’ve been sick the last week, so unfortunately I have had to shift some dead-lines…

However, click here to find out more about “Attraction Marketing” – something I believe is the answer to the prayers of every reluctant and slightly introverted Network Marketer :)

This page deals mostly with the concept itself and I will add more specific information as part of the “Lead Generation” section later…

Until next time…

Over-delivering on information

Wednesday, March 25th, 2009

Even though this is the exception to the rule of not doing much updating of the blog until September, I just had a thought…

Even though explore-finanical-freedom.com is about all topics related to financial freedom, you may have noticed the focus on Network Marketing. Originally I was fighting with three site concepts – “Network Marketing”, “Lead Generation” and “Financial Freedom”.

On the one hand “Network Marketing” and “Lead Generation” by themselves are good niches and very focussed – which is very important when putting up a website for your business. On the other hand, I do have other business interests and would like to write about them as well…

One of my main concerns was that I would not have enough to write about to create a complete content-filled site, when just sticking to ‘Network Marketing” or “Lead Generation.” I was concerned about revealing absolutely everything I know and running out of ideas. I mean, what use would I be to my potential business partners? Would it take me out of the loop, completely?

In any case, apart from this site and my Network Marketing business, I am also busy setting up a new company that focusses on small business solutions: marketing, website design and various other technical services. I was having a coffee this morning with my friend Dirk, to discuss some things that need to be organised, when it dawned on me…

There really is no problem with telling people everything you know! Not only does it build trust, but it also completely explains to your potential client why you can charge for your service – in other words, the better their understanding of what you are doing, the easier it is to justify your reason for charging them.

For instance: why pay to have a website designed? You can do it yourself – there is a lot of information on the web available on the topic… I know I can, but when it comes down to it… It takes time, it takes patience and it takes experience to do it properly. A website that should have taken a week to be completed, might take you a couple of months and even then, it might not be properly “optimised” and will probably not look very professional. And what if you are pressed for time – you need those leads yesterday?

My opinion is – when it comes to using an information approach to marketing (i.e. “attraction marketing” or “information marketing”, giving out too much should be the least of your concerns.

Until the next site update (which will hopefully be done by the end of the week)!
